Sow Yow Len graduated with a Diploma in 2020. She continues her study to Master in Early Childhood in 2021. She shared her study experience and what she has learned from the Diploma.

Teacher Sow has more than 10 years of teaching experience and is the owner and boss of more than 10 kindergartens.

She said getting a Diploma is very rewarding after studied so hard. The Diploma is very useful to apply Teaching Permit or license for Kindergarten.

The knowledge is very useful in teaching young children, communicating with the parents, and also in managing the business of a Kindergarten.

She encourages all the teachers to take up the Diploma especially when you are young.

Teacher Vivian, a principal, and director managing a few Qdees Kindergartens at Muar for more than 10 years. She mentioned that many years of teaching experience are not good enough, a teacher needs a Diploma to acquire the necessary knowledge in the area of early childhood education. She needs to learn the professional way of teaching, understand the needs of children, a proper way of communicating with parents, and be knowledgeable in managing the business of an early childhood center.

She said a teacher needs to continuously study and to learn, from Diploma to Degree, Master, and Ph.D.
